Hi and welcome on my website

My career has taken me from aviation to education, to running my own business, and now to serving as a Capability Lead in the UK Civil Service. I joined the Civil Service in January 2020 with a simple belief: that public service, done well, can change lives.

That belief has guided me since childhood. It’s why I stood for Gainsborough Town Council in 2018 and was elected. It’s why, in May 2023, I was honoured to become a District Councillor for Sudbrooke. And it’s why I serve as Chair of Governors at St George’s Primary School, helping to shape the environment where young people begin to discover who they can become.

Across every role, one thread runs through: a commitment to people. To fairness. To communities that lift each other up. My time is limited, but my drive to support meaningful, hopeful, community‑focused work is not. If a cause helps others grow, thrive, or feel seen, it will always matter to me.
